I wish to compliment you on your Advantage for Windows system. Our staff is thrilled with its efficiency and usefulness. We have Pet Portal by Vet Insite on our web site. The ability that we have through your system to send our patient data to them so that our clients can view their pets history on the web has been terrific. For instance, we have a client that lives three states away in the summer. He wanted to board his pet while away from us. He went to our web site and printed a copy of his pet's
vaccination history for the boarding facility. In addition, paperless medical records have increased efficiency by reducing the time it takes to enter records. The E-mail function in your system has increased our efficiency by freeing phone time with our clients. They request medication refills, appointment reservations, and boarding dates through e-mails. We e-mail them vaccination reminders, birthday cards, and newsletters. Lastly,
the simplicity of the Query command has greatly helped us find and communicate with clients that are inactive or are behind in services for their pets. Thank you for a great over-all system that is simple and quick to use for veterinarians and staff.
